If you would like to take a class and are not finding it on our schedule, you can redeem the voucher for 3 weeks of private lessons or 4 weeks of virtual lessons. How long can I use the Groupon?
Your Groupon can be redeemed until September 15, 2010. You must start your class by that date otherwise you will not be able to redeem your voucher.

How can I redeem my Groupon voucher?
You can either:
a) Apply the voucher towards 3 weeks of private lessons (4.5 hrs) at your home or office in Washington DC
b) Apply the voucher towards 4 weeks (6 hours) or virtual lessons (online through Skype)

How do I register for a class?
Please send an email to info@abclanguagedc.com with: Your Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail, Promotional Code, and Class you'd like to take. Enrollment will be processed on a first come, first served basis so we recommend you contact us as early as possible. Once we have set everything up, we will contact you with a confirmation email.

I sent an e-mail but still haven't gotten a confirmation. When will I be confirmed for a class?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail once the class is set up. We appreciate your patience while we arrange the classes.

I need to attend class ASAP but have not been confirmed yet. What can I do?
We are trying our best to place everyone in a class according to their schedule, however due to the high demand and limited space in classes, we may not be able to place everyone per their schedule. The best way to reach us to check on the status is via e-mail at info@abclanguagedc.com. If we are not able to place you in a class within your timeframe, then please contact Groupon for a refund.
